Deposit and Payment
A deposit is required before the production of your suit begins. Deposit minimum will be 35% of the full price of the suit. Full payment plus shipping is due before the suit is embellished with the crystal design.
No refunds on deposits once the production of your suit has began. All custom suit sales are final. Ghisela Designs will gladly refund any purchases on premade suits.
Ghisela Designs will gladly set up a payment plan on orders placed 7 weeks before the competition date. If you need a payment plan please email ghiseledesigns@yahoo.com for arrangements. I am flexible!!​
Return policy
No return on custom made suits. Ghisela Designs will gladly accept returns with full refund on unworn pre made suits returned within 30 days.
Postponed or cancelled orders
If you wish to cancel or postpone your order please let us know by email ASAP. If production of your suit has not yet begun Ghisela Designs will gladly refund your deposit. If production of your suit has already begun your deposit is no longer refundable. If you wish to cancel your order completely and we have already begun with production of your suit we will gladly offer you a credit good for 1 year.
Alterations
If upon receipt of your suit you feel it needs alterations please notify us immediately. There will be a charge for alterations due to inaccurate measurements.
Ghisela Designs will gladly alter existing suits please contact us for details. Prices vary depending on the alterations.
Additional Crystals
Blinging out an existing suit is another servcie offered by Ghisela Designs.
